PURPOSE:
CRISTA's senior services, educational services, and faith-based community services are thriving and growing in Shoreline, in the Puget Sound area, and around the world. A well-prepared master plan will enable us to replace out-dated and inefficient buildings, renovate to incorporate today's technologies throughout the campus so CRISTA can effectively serve future generations.
GOALS:
- Comprehensive plan for buildings and infrastructure improvements
- Enhancement of senior services, educational capacit, and organizational efficiency
- Careful sequencing for replacement and renovation
- Good stewardship of natural resources
- Involvement in civic processes and community activities
- High standards in plans, materials, schedules, and budget
- Consistency in honoring the past, caring for the present, and providing for the future
ISSUES:
- Residents: safe and smooth transitions
- Traffic & Parking: solutions for congestion, safety
- Environment: address environmental stewardship, “green” principles
- Community: pedestrian safety, integrated usage, open spaces

- 2010 - 2011: Design & Permit School's Science & Tech. Building
- 2010 - 2012: Design & Permit 1st phase of Senior Communities upper campus independant & assisted living.
