HIGHLIGHTS:

• Build new independant residential living units to
  replace Royal Apts. and broadcast offices; will
  incorporate 1st floor commons space for Senior Living
  as well as other CRISTA Ministry functions.
• Build new Assisted Living and Nursing Center.
• Future planning to replace Crest and
  Ambassador Apartments with new
  residential facilities. 
• No structural changes to
  Cristwood or Chestnut Court. 
• Create a "Main Street" area
  around King's Garden Drive. 
• Provide traffic improvements.
